PRO v12.3.9 fast production mode: Print and Download use the guaranteed server PDF engine directly. Customer Submit generates the same PDF, hands the email to Outlook immediately, and returns control to the user without waiting for long Sent Items/Inbox polling. Verification continues in the background.
Expected endpoints: GET /updates, POST /draft, POST /submit, GET /health, POST /mail-test, POST /mail-diagnostics.
